Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst in the Customer Service team at PalmPay, your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (e.g., connection rate, satisfaction rate).
Motivating, guiding, and mentoring team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive daily environment.
Communicating team goals, project updates, and performance metrics to management.
Ensuring a customer-centric atmosphere with superior service delivery at all times.
Providing performance analysis reports for the customer service team.
Advising management on hiring and termination decisions when necessary.
Overseeing work quality and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Collaborating with management to set and evaluate projects and overall goals.
Tracking and maintaining records related to service goals, employee development, and departmental performance.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and/or Mandarin.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
Experience working in or with Mandarin-speaking regions (preferred).
Skills Needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
